  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day
  • All orders are subject to availability and verification checks

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders where additional verification is required.


2. DELIVERY METHODS

Orders are fulfilled via our appointed third-party logistics provider using:

  • Standard courier services for smaller consignments
  • Pallet delivery networks for larger or bulk orders

Delivery options will be presented at checkout where applicable.


3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

  • Standard delivery: 2-5 working days
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.


4. AGE VERIFICATION ON DELIVERY

Alcohol deliveries are subject to strict age verification requirements.

  • The recipient must be 18 years of age or over
  • Valid photographic ID may be required upon delivery
  • Orders will not be handed over to anyone under 18

If age verification cannot be completed:

  • The delivery will be refused
  • The order may be returned or cancelled


5. FAILED DELIVERIES

If delivery cannot be completed:

  • Couriers may attempt redelivery
  • Orders may be returned to our fulfilment partner

Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.


6. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Delivery details are accurate
  • Someone aged 18 or over is available to receive the order

We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect information.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We may offer international shipping where permitted.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Compliance with local laws
  • Import duties or taxes
  • Legal restrictions on alcohol

We reserve the right to refuse international orders where compliance cannot be ensured.


8. COMPLIANCE & DELIVERY CONTROL
